Sweetwater shows backorder on faders. Are these faders a Behringer exclusive or generic? Anyone have experience with other sources? (Please no conjecture...)

There is an oval ferrite core surrounding the screen drive ribbon cable. it is held captive by a couple of tabs on the surrounding plastic retainer. These tabs have become distorted, allowing the core to travel up the ribbon cable. The result was a perfect, yet backwards & inverted screen image....

Tried firmware update, and even installing older firmware. same result. Is there something deeper in software to be done?

I've replaced a dead one before) Part is Innolux AT070TN83 V.1. I will update about success/failure.

Got a report from the field that one of our Compacts booted up with a screen image upside-down and backwards. I won't have it in shop until tomorrow to investigate further.

Anyone encounter his before? And the remedy?
