@Pumpkn The 6 pin versions will work just fine, you may need to trim some wires depending on your fan selection but otherwise they should be fine

The serial means it was a November 2024 desk, screen should be an updated version, should be ok. It makes this more of a mystery.

andiw It seems as if hardware could indeed be the problem, though having only rta screen issues is a bit odd-but not impossible I would guess. I'm curious about one other thing, is this an older full sized Wing or one of the newer black versions? I would ask for a replacement if still under warrant...
