Re: Flow 8 Audio Interface Disconnects
That's good logic, @soundog . Thanks for the update. As you say, it may help other users.

Re: Flow 8 Audio Interface Disconnects
soundog Do you still get disconnections without the USB hub? I know that you need the hub but testing without it might help to track-down the issue. My Flow 8 will stay connected to a Windows laptop through a USB 3.1 port for well over a week with no drops so it doesn't seem to be a fundamental fla...

Re: 911
I was working for an American-owned multinational and based in the UK. Many of us were frequent travelers to the US. I had recently installed video projection and a sound system in the canteen to support satellite meetings. The Managing Director saw the news and told me. I fired-up the AV system and...

Re: Music Tribe down?
On the bright side, we are so thankful that @MJKlein started this forum so that some of us non-fb users can have a home "in exile". pvannatto GaryH MJKlein Absolutely! There may be fewer of us but enquirers get real help from members with experience of actually using the products. MJ has ...

Re: Music Tribe down?
You have expressed the sentiments of many previous contributors to the old MT forum, GaryH . Like you, I still check it most days but mourn the dreadful loss of knowledge and once-active members. The only positive thing I see is the participation of MT technical staff. Some of these are very helpful...

Re: X32 Card outputs to computer?
Does this all sound right? That should steer AuxIn 3 and 4 to Card output 29 and 30. It will have no effect on the channel inputs. I prefer to use the same User In routing for channel inputs as well as Card outputs so that there is only one place to check or change when moving channel sources. Yes,...

Re: X32 Card outputs to computer?
@RexBeckett How do you attach the images so gracefully. Do you do a print screen and then edit the picture? What format picture file and what resolution do you use? I want to attach the picture of what i think will work and see if I am correct. I use Windows Snipping Tool , Kevin, and save the imag...

Re: X32 Card outputs to computer?
I guess I'm missing some key point there. I would like to understand it. GaryH KMaxwell First thing, Gary, is that I understood that Kevin wanted to record unprocessed inputs (as per normal practice) but was having problems because he had reassigned some channel inputs. This is a common problem. Th...

Re: X32 Card outputs to computer?
I think the user menu will help only if you choose one of those 3 menus as the source group, user in/out itself has no tap options. GaryH KMaxwell The User patching can be used to fix it Gary. If you build your channel source map on the User In tab, use an identical map on the User Out tab and rout...
