@francoisharel Wish you good luck moving forward. FYI I looked in the Audinate Behringer library files this am, hoping there might be a new Bk 3 firmware file available that will make the "disappearing Dante card" situation go far away.. There is no 4.2.8.9 file versions listed for Behringer in their library! I can only assume that firmware number you see is from running fail safe mode....or you have somehow managed to communicate with Mars :-) I would still recommend flashing the most recent Dante card firmware for internal use.Your card won't work properly if you don't have the correct firmware loaded for the location it's used in (internal or external) seen or unseen.

where did you find 4.2.7.7? I only see 4.2.4.8 for the brooklyn3 on https://www.behringer.com/downloads.html -- or am I missing something?

Is 4.2.4.8 for the brooklyn 3 internal that I would actually need?

I'm thinking about buying a brooklyn 3 from sweetwater (https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail ... s67-module) and reflashing it for the Wing.

@firesnake Behringer does not list it, it’s been out since Feb 2024, so one year. I don’t know why they don’t list it. They gave it to Audinate! Making it a true mystery. It is available from the Audinate library (in Dante Controller). It will come up as an automatic update in Dante Controller when you have it installed if it isn’t on the card already. 4.2.7.7 is the latest firmware version for Bk3.

I have the same problem. When I install the internal Dante card, both ports are used for Dante, and I can't use my router or iPad. I've seen or read somewhere that since it's a different protocol, when it's put into redundant mode, it's impossible for a router to work with an iPad to control the Wing. I've heard that with a special switch that supports Dante and can be programmed, it might be possible to do so; I've tried without success. I've also seen a video where someone saw three port configuration options and that maybe the third option would leave one of the ports free, but I didn't quite understand. I'm still investigating. If anyone knows anything and has managed to do it, please let me know.

@abrigueiro If you have the correct firmware flashed: in your case the latest internal version, look on the network configuration page in Dante Controller. There you can select either switched, separate or redundant modes from a drop down menu. If you don’t see 3 options, it does not have the correct firmware. Normally it defaults to switched. If it is on redundant you will have problems. If in either separate or switched it will work. Switched is the better choice imo. In that mode it doesn’t matter which side is used for Dante or your other network.
