XR18 CRASH ALL CHANNEL HIGH

MY XR18 STOP WORKING AT RANDOM TIMES, AND GO BACK ONLY RESTART THE POWER. ALL INPUT AND OUPUT GO HIGH AND FREEZER. ANYBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPING? I RELOAD THE FIRMWARE, GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SETUP, AND NOTHING WORK.

Is it also outputting a loud signal or is there nothing coming out of it?

have a one loud "booomm" and nothing after, just silence.

I have seen that kind of thing on an X32 if the clock is set to something other than internal and then the other device is disconnected. But there are no other devices that can be the clock on an XR18. To me it seems like a networking issue.

What is the APP that is displayed in your post? And how is it connected to the XR18?

Hi, Thank for you reply. I am use X-AIR-EDIT in PC, but I have MX-Q too at my phone.
If that problem is the clock, what aI can do to fix the clock?
If I networking issue, There any chance to fix? (I use lan port, If I use Wifi can to be work?)
