How do I test my Touch Screen for any issues?

To test the display on your Wing for any errors push and hold the "Meters" and "Home" buttons for 5 seconds while powering on the console.

You should then see "0 Touch Events, TEST Time ___" on the display. In this test menu every touch on the display will be logged as a Touch event, so if you draw a line with your finger across the screen it will log it as multiple events.

With the display stating "0 Touch Events" simply walk away from the console and return after 1 hour.

If you press the "Clear Solo" button this will reset the test.

If there have been any touch events during this hour, then it would suggest an error with your display. Please create a Service request ticket via the Music Tribe Community for further assistance.

If there have been no touch events, simply power cycle the console or press the blank button on the bottom right of the display and it will then boot in standard operation mode.
