USB mini Port detached from board

Just wanted to relay an experience with my Flow 8. I got it at the end of September, only used it one time other than testing. Today I went to unplug the power cord, and the whole mini usb port came out with the cord.

To their credit, even though I was past the usual 30 day period, Sweetwater is replacing the unit.

I’m not surprised… I’m very leery of using that connector as the main power input. At least could’ve provided a right angle USB so would be less prone to strain the Jack
