Amplifier to Speaker Power

This question has been on my mind for a while and I hope some experience soul out there will have an educated answer.

An amplifier with a power rating of 500 watts per channel @ 8ohms into a 8 ohm speaker rated for 600 watts. Now if I daisy chain a second speaker the amplifier sees 4 ohms and is able to put out 750 watts.

Here is the question. Do both speakers in the chain get 750 watts or do they split it and each only receive 375?

Hi Gary @GPM, the wattage would be split between the 2 speakers.
