Behringer Eurorack UB1204FX-Pro Mixer: Unable to access effects.

Hello again,

I've read through the instructions in the owner's manual, and watched a couple of YouTube videos, but can't seem to get the digital effects to work on this unit. Am I missing something? Is there a step-vy-step run-through online somewhere? I'm wondering if the effects processor may be defective on this mixer.

Other than making sure the FX return is not going to the 'ALT 3/4' bus instead of the output, I'm not too sure what could be the issue without having the unit in front of me.
