Live Streaming Instagram with X1204 w/ scarlett 18I20

Hey all! Hope all is well. I am becoming down in spirits over this situation.

Here is the deal. MY group is trying to live stream through our Behriner x1204 mixer and my scarlett 18i20 using presonus. The deal is the sound is fine ....

until it gets to the phone. Im using BOSS JOCK JR and it seems the phone is only picking up from the phone mic rather than the setup I have. Which includes the gear listed above and the adapter going to the i phone w/ usb charging port. So I got the usb adapter plugged into lightning cable. Then it goes to the adapter for trrs to trs which is 1/8 on the back end which goes to my headphone splitter. Either way you work it I cannot seem to get a level from the cable and only from the phone mic which is not good. Is there another app that you can check levels before live streaming ? Boss jock doesnt seem to be fitting. Any help or advice appreciated ! Cheers !
