Problems with changing the effect parameters live (Behringer Wing)

Hello, I bought the Behringer Wing about a month ago. I came across the following problem and wanted to ask if anyone could tell me anything about it, or if it's a defect. If I set an effect and then want to change the parameters in this effect, e.g. decay or high cut. then there is a digital interference noise. when I change something live in the settings. for my live mix, I have to be able to edit the effect live without background noise while the band is playing. thank you for your help.
