Hello all,

My name is Tim Verhoeven, I'm 44 at this moment and I live in Belgium. My main profession today is being a Data & Cloud Architect, so an IT related job. But I've always been interested in and doing some sound & lights jobs since my 16.

Two years ago I decided to become a part-time sound engineer, next my my main job. Last year has been very slow because of COVID-19, as for all of us I guess. But I already work for 2 cover bands and doing different one-off jobs. I'm hoping this all will start picking up again soon.

I currently have a X32 and DL32 and I hope to able to afford a WING by the end of this year. For the rest I'm trying to learn as much as I can, so I'm reading a lot of fora, FB groups and blogs/vlogs.

Welcome. The people here are a great resource for XAir\X32\Wing related stuff, so feel free to ask questions. If you're mixing and there's a computer as part of your setup, I strongly recommend having a look at Paul Vannatto's LiveToolbox and Patrick Mallot's 3rd party apps, as well as Parick's OSC document. They give you a whole lot of extra workflow options for using the console that could be useful. Also recommend the MixingStation app for tablet\phone remote control.

@MJKlein I say it announced in one of the other places I regularly visit. I can't remember exactly which one, but my first guess would the PSW Forums.
