i would like to use a Project i have in cubase to do a virtual sound check with the x32 Rack.
is it possible to create such a file and use it with the x32-live card?

Create your Cubase-based wave files following the specs needed for WING: 24 bits and 48kHz/44.1kHz sampling.
Go to my website and download the Wav2Live utility [ to create an X32 session from your files. Follow the constraints (on name etc) that are requested.
You'll have a session file you can use with the X32-Live card.
