A multichannel levelmeter software for every audio device

Hi everyone,

I want to inform you about a software tool I recently published.
It is a multichannel levelmeter (up to 32 channels) working with every audio device, having an (ASIO)-driver.

I originally needed such a tool to use with my S16 stagebox when using it together with a Klark Teknik DN9630 (AES50 to USB device) to do recordings within my DAW without my X32 mixer.

The tool "looks" towards audio hardware to monitor the incomming audio from that device.

The software is a free tool available for download.

Maybe my english pronunciation is not so good:

I did not say "Mac" but "Max".
"Max" is an object oriented programming tool for multimedia and audio applications.

So, feel free to see the video for the whole 10min.
The tool is made with a windows pc.

I just released V 2.6 with little improvements.
You can now adjust not only the peak refresh time but as well the refresh time of the meter. This leads to a more stable and not so "nervous" behavior of the meter.

Hey Paul,

there is a product called RNBO (by Cycling´74) which with you should be able to export to a Rasberry Pi, export VST plugins or export in C++ sourcecode.
But I have no access to RNBO and I have made no experiences with that.
So for the time being no chance for me.

There is a new release V2.91
I changed the scaling to Digi 60dB which is more common to most of us.
Beside this the peak indication now is on the left side of each meter and it is more accurate now.
