Struggling with routing. (edited for mistake)

Hi there.

I'd like to know if it is possible to do the following with the X32 Rack. I want to send hardware outputs 1-4 to an fx unit via mix bus 1-4. I'd like to set up mix bus 5+6 as sends to the USB card so it receives them on its channels 1+2 but the card seems to want its hardware outputs 1+2 to receive the output of mix bus 1+2. There seems to be a one to one relationship going on that I can't get around. Hopefully someone can point out where I'm going wrong here.
