Can you provide the characteristics of these communication devices? Power, frequency, modulation type etc.? It's no real surprise there can be interferences with RF, but that seem a little extreme.

PS: Edit: Dev team confirms this can happen when using specific frequency and very high power (and probably illegal) transmitter nearby. The situation has been improved with new screens.

That doesn't surprise me at all. I learned a long time ago when using 2 way radios, to never key up one next to other electronics. And this is with legal Motorola Radios. These things are putting out about 5 watts of power. If I need to radio a crew member during a show I always lean back (a lot) away from any mixer. I even discovered back then to never put wireless mic transmitters (that are on) right next to certain mixer (usually analog ones) especially more then one because of the Inter-mods that would be generated between the transmitter when doing that.

Taking the antenna off tells the story. I wouldn't even risk the potential damage of transmitting that close to a console.
