P1 or P2 for over-ear?

Post by Patzy »

I'm thinking of buying the P2 for my iems (22 impedance). The other two members in the band are using over-ears, their headphones have an impedance of 32 & 58. Would the P1 be a better choice for their headphones since their impedance is higher than my iems? When I compare p1 and p2 I can see that the p1 have an output of 10 ohm while the p2 have 0.5.

Best regards

@Patzy P2 is fine, I have several and they can be mono or stereo by a little internal switch (cable to their input must be stereo capable and stereo sourced) The P1 is nice but a bit cumbersome. Needs 2 cables to do stereo. Kind of heavy. I have never had an impedance issue with them. The P1's perhaps more sturdy long term.
