Have new umc404 hd. When I power it on the power light comes on and also the midi in and out lights. And that’s it. It stays in that state. I have no midi connected.

Hi @Poppyotz Welcome to the forums. The MIDI LEDs being on is not normal. I assume when you say "stays in that state" the interface doesn't work, as in doesn't show up as a USB audio device? If that's the case, return it for a replacement.
