Phantom Power power??

What is a fair number for the DC leaving the console if we assume (dangerous!) a 600 ohm load?

I"m not sure I understand your wording "fair number for the DC" but 48V into 600 ohms is 80mA or 3.84 watts. What is "dangerous" about this?
