Yesterday, I got an overview of the Wing from Patrick himself. He seriously should do a sales video for Behringer (as if he's not busy enough, lol). Seeing how it works with Patrick's explanation and viewpoints made the design concept of the Wing very clear. Yup, gotta get one!

@MJKlein I think for what you seem to do it is the PERFECT solution. Get a Dante card for it and wow.... you'll be off to magic land.

@GaryH most likely I'll need 2 cards for 96 channels48 stereo tracks.

@GaryH you're the reason we know that 2 cards work!

Look at this cute Brian May amplifier I got while I was in France. It's so tiny it sits on top of my Dante interface. But don't let the size fool you!

Here are some shots of Patrick @pmaillot rocking an Epiphone SG with the Brian May MV50. The amp has a Class D PA and what VOX calls "Nutube" technology. It has a KAT designed treble booster with In/Out switch. The power output is 50 watts @ 4 Ohms. It sounded surprisingly good as Patrick was cranking out some Pete Townshend/The Who stuff on it. But honestly, when the salesman took the amp out of the box, Patrick and I both laughed. We thought it was a miniature mockup of the amp for display purposes. The thing really does sound great but I think that people are liable to not take it seriously because of it's size.

In the first photo, it's barely visible. That's the power supply brick next to it, which supplies 19VDC. The brick is almost as big as the amp!

Wow how times have changed. I still have an old Traynor from the 60's, 200 Watt head alone weighs nearly 100 lbs These days I expand, the equipment gets tiny! Pretty cool item.

And if you look closely at the last picture, the general volume is at 1 or 1.5 [out of 11 :-)]; That thing was connected to a Mesa Boogie cabinet (under the Orange head) and already pretty loud in the store!!!
