Independent mixes for PA and Streaming

I want to use my Flow 8 to create a mix for streaming and another mix for the PA system for live concerts.
Is it possible to create a separate mix for the streaming? As far as I understand the streaming mode puts a post fader copy of the Main Out mix.
I thought about using the Monitor Out for the PA but then how do I do actual monitor mixes?
