Dante Startup Error

New to this community. Starting up our system and got this error from Dante. Not quite sure what is going on. Should I reinstall the program?

What is on your system, need more info to help you. Looks like just one device? What switch, DVS also? If you could be more precise as to how you are set up and what devices are in play and how they are connected it will help us to help you. Couldn't hurt to start over if you are just getting going. If this is the latest Dante Controller program, uninstall and try again, yes.

Yeah sorry about that. Thought that you’d need more info. When I get home I’ll give you a list of my equipment.
