Re: Scrible strip broken?
Can you post the Snap here? It might be hardware or it might be a setting.

Re: Scrible strip broken?
Doesn't look like a setting issue. There isn't anything to cause a white out of half a bank's scribble strips. You can adjust contrast and brightness across all strips but you can't do anything to make a whole panel go white.
I might suggest doing a console initialization, but I have low confidence that would resolve the issue.
Under Setup flip the console to Wing Data for the data partition and backup everything to a computer via USB before initializing.

Re: Scrible strip broken?
A little update about my investigations:
I found a video on how to disassemble the wing, en reach the pcb's with the faders and scrible strips:
Here, I learned that I need to be extremely careful with cable connections, I plan to check if I can leave everything connected as much as possible.
As far as I can see the issue is indeed a hardware issue, the LCD fluid seems to be gone.
My plans are to open the Wing, and check if I can exchange the LCD with the 'unused' one from the right upper side of the console.
I wonder if there is a way to order spare parts for the Wing. Is there anybody out there with experience?

Re: Scrible strip broken?
From the earlier post where you show the vegas mode "all white" scribble, it really looks like a LCD HW driver issue, or if you're lucky a cable that moved somehow if it's the LCD HW. Fixing it is certainly possible, and finding the exact same LCD assy/part may be difficult. We'll help if we can...
Re: Scrible strip broken?
New update: I opened the Wing, without disconnecting any cables, that looks like this:
From there, I could remove the pcb:
And then I swapped the 2 lcd units that are on the board.
Then I tested the Wing, and the failure also swapped.
So: the LCD unit is broken.
For the time being, I used the lcd from the upper right side ( thanks Behringer for the spare)
I found the replacement spare part also in Switserland:
https://www.musix.com/ch/en/p/Behringer ... ING-238594
Conclusion: as soon as I receive the part, the issue will be resolved.

Re: Scrible strip broken?
Do the Scribble strips just unplug? No soldering required?
Re: Scrible strip broken?
The lcd's are connected with ribbon cables plugged in to the board, no soldering required.
