Gary, quite a good product we use it in our studio for sending 2 sources and returning playback and talkback to studio speakers. Shure also makes some great portable products. https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/mixers/ani4in. https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/mixers/ani4out, https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/mixers/ani22

@GaryH
I'd say better, but the AVIO do work I haven't done any real time frequency response checks and the one I had on the PC output through a Stereo DI was eliminated for DVS, which is much better.
I use all the above. Really like the shure because it has phantom and controllable preamps from a Shure app.

Nuetrix is nice but if the Dante network is unstable, clocks change it has had issues etc, it occasionally had to be reset, once we corrected the IGMP and clock issues in the network we haven't had any issues.
Hope that helps some.... I will say with DVS and the Neutrix and Shures we are not using the AVIO much... Where they come in handy is a "portable" or temporary situation.

I have one of these coming. I'm going to use it to monitor the output of a stereo mixdown track in real time (among other things). One of the drawbacks of mixing through a console to a stereo track in the DAW is that there are no spare channels that I can use to monitor the track in real time. So, I cannot add things like bus compressor plugins to the track because I cannot hear what is happening on that track. Any plugins have to be added later, like Mastering the mixdown track. I am also looking forward to being able to put 2 more inputs on the Dante network that are not hamstrung by the latency of VIA. I know where this is leading: Synergy Core, 64 channel.
