It was recommended to me that we max the main volume, and use the level control for overall volume. Seems like these modules have a redundant main volume. It’s much easier to adjust volume on the fly using the level knob instead of having to hit “main” and then adjust volume.

@Tcfoster I would not have a problem with that method. It makes some sense. The issue that many newer users seem to miss is that the Main knob has an impact on the final level out at all. I’ve seen it discussed often over the years. It isn’t an ideal way to make it work imo (3 level options) but they never asked me . I still think they are pretty great units.
