advice needed about setting up Behringer UMC404HD

Hi

I am thinking of buying a Behringer UMC404HD. I already run an RME Babyface soundcard which I use to drive a microphone and output to monitors. It connects via USB to my Mac.

If I use the Behringer UMC404HD will I still need to use the Babyface or will the Behringer UMC404HD act as a soundcard?

Welcome to the forum Barry. The UMC404HD can be connected to a computer via USB to act as a soundcard.

Many thanks for this. And I can take studio monitors off it, as I do with the RME soundcard, headphone monitors?

I do quite a bit of work in Logic, so I would choose the Behringer as my default 'sound card' and it can playback my Logic tracks just the same as the RME?
