Hi. Thanks for your response. I testet all the ports on the p16-D, but no luck. The P16-D is successfully powering all the other P16-M units.The units does not ship with a power supply. Do you have any information on how to update the firmware ? I have only come across info on how to reset the unit....

Anyone here using the DI800 8 channel DI box ?
If so ... can you please tell me if the XLR outputs are line level or mic level ?
